Abstract

Произведён расчёт аккумуляторной системы топливоподачи дизельного двигателя на примере дизеля размерностью 8.3/9.9 с наддувом и охлаждением наддувочного воздуха. Оптимизирован рабочий процесс, исследовано влияние двухфазного впрыска. Приведены динамический и прочностной расчёты, а также произведено уравновешивание двигателя. Работа включает в себя обзорную часть, описание расчетных методик, расчетную часть и выводы о целесообразности данной работы.

In this work was produced the calculation of the fuel supply system for a diesel engine, with dimension 8.3/9.9 diesel engine was taken as prototype with supercharging and charge-air cooling. The combustion process is optimized, with influence of the two-phase injection. Dynamic and strength calculations are given, and the engine is balanced. The work includes a review part, a description of calculation methods, a calculation part and conclusions about the practicability of this work.
