Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы «Трансформация малых населенных пунктов России в контексте депопуляции: проблематика и пути решения». Предметом исследования служит населенный пункт - поселок городского типа Мелеуз. Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является исследование процессов трансформации малых населенных пунктов в России, вызванных депопуляцией, анализ связанных с этим проблем и разработка возможных путей их решения. В процессе исследования использовались следующие методы: изучение нормативно-правовой и научной литературы, анализ решений зарубежных проектов, статистическая обработка информации, анализ полученных результатов. В ходе исследования были проанализированы аспекты выбранной темы, идентифицированы существующие проблемы и проведена оценка принятого решения на примере конкретного региона Российской Федерации. Удалось разработать комплекс мероприятий по улучшению ситуации в малом населенном пункте Мелеуз. Полученные данные могут быть использованы для дальнейших исследований в этой области, а также служить основой для практического применения разработанных решений.

The theme of the graduate qualification work is "Transformation of small settlements of Russia in the context of depopulation: problematics and ways of solution". The subject of the study is a settlement - urban-type settlement of Meleuz. The purpose of the graduate qualification work is to study the processes of transformation of small settlements in Russia, caused by depopulation, to analyse the associated problems and develop possible solutions. In the process of research, the following methods were used: study of normative-legal and scientific literature, analysis of solutions of foreign projects, statistical processing of information, analysis of the obtained results. In the course of the research, the aspects of the selected topic were analysed, the existing problems were identified and the accepted solution was evaluated on the example of a specific region of the Russian Federation. It was possible to develop a set of measures to improve the situation in the small settlement of Meleuz. The obtained data can be used for further research in this area, as well as serve as a basis for practical application of the developed solutions.
