Abstract

В данном исследовании рассматривается мотивационная сфера иностранных студентов. Предметом исследования является формирование мотивации иностранных студентов при их совместной подготовке к промежуточной аттестации. Целью работы представляется выявление особенностей мотивации иностранных студентов при их совместной подготовке к промежуточной аттестации. В ходе исследования были изучены формы, виды и планирование промежуточной аттестации для иностранных студентов, рассмотрены причины снижения мотивации иностранных студентов при подготовке к промежуточной аттестации, проанализированы существующие способы повышения мотивации. На основе опытно-экспериментального исследования разработана специальная программа повышения мотивации иностранных студентов посредством совместной учебно-познавательной деятельности. Результаты исследования возможно использовать в образовательном процессе с целью повышения его эффективности.

This study examines the motivational sphere of international students. The subject of the study is the formation of motivation of foreign students in their joint preparation for intermediate certification. The aim of the work is to identify the features of motivation of foreign students in their joint preparation for intermediate certification. In the course of the study , the forms, types and planning of intermediate certification for foreign students were studied, the reasons for the decrease in motivation of foreign students in preparation for intermediate certification were considered, existing ways of increasing motivation were analyzed. Based on the experimental research, a special program has been developed to increase the motivation of foreign students through joint educational and cognitive activities. The results of the study can be used in the educational process in order to increase its effectiveness.
