Abstract

The subject of the graduate qualification work is “Forecasting bottom-hole pressure in oil wells”. In this paper, a review of popular empirical relationships for predicting downhole pressure in oil wells is carried out. Mathematical and physical models of multiphase flow are described, and a program in the Python programming language for visualization and prediction of bottom-hole pressure is written. The average error of the value of the written program from the actual value was obtained.
