Abstract

Целью данной работы является исследование альтернативных рабочих тел для использования в газотурбинной установке замкнутого цикла мощностью 30 кВт. В ходе выполнения данной работы выполнены следующие задачи: 1) Описание устройства и особенностей газотурбинных установок замкнутого цикла; 2) Описание выбранного перечня исследуемых рабочих тел; 3) Выбор рабочего тела; 4) Приближенный расчет осевого компрессора и теплообменника; 5) Приближенный расчет турбины компрессора, газодинамический расчет силовой турбины, получение геометрических размеров; 6) Построение треугольников скоростей; 7) Прочностной расчет элементов силовой турбины; 8) Описание особенностей используемых подшипников и системы азотного охлаждения. Произведенные сравнительный анализ и расчеты позволили выполнить все задачи и получить газодинамические параметры и габаритные характеристики установки. Дальнейшие исследования будут связаны с проектированием, стоимостной оценкой, компоновкой и перспективой производства установки. Сегмент рынка, связанный с частными потребителями, является наиболее перспективным для распространения и реализации конечного продукта.

The purpose of this work is to study alternative working fluids for use in a closed-cycle gas turbine unit with a capacity of 30 kW. In the course of this work several objectives were completed: 1) Description of the device and features of closed cycle gas turbine units; 2) Description of the selected list of researched working fluids; 3) Selection of the working fluid; 4) Approximate calculation of the axial compressor and heat exchangers 5) Approximate calculation of the compressor turbine, gas dynamic calculation of the power turbine, obtaining geometric dimensions. 6) The construction of velocity triangles and the profiling of the flow part; 7) Strength calculation of power turbine elements; 8) Description of the features of the used bearings and the nitrogen cooling system. Comparative analysis and calculations allowed to fulfill all the tasks and obtain gas dynamic parameters and dimensional characteristics of the unit. Further research will be related to the design, cost estimation, layout and production prospects of the plant. The market segment related to private consumers is the most promising for distribution and realization of the final product.
