Abstract

Предмет исследования – оптимальные методы реновации исторических зданий и сохранения архитектурного наследия. Цель работы – разработка проекта объемно-планировочных решений доходного дома М.Г.Лапина, с воссозданием исторического архитектурного облика и обоснованием энергетической эффективности проекта. Магистерская диссертация посвящена проблеме реновации исторических зданий с использованием современных энергоэффективных технологий. Исследование направлено на анализ существующих подходов к реновации, выявление проблем и возможностей интеграции современных технологий в структуру исторических зданий, а также разработку рекомендаций для улучшения энергоэффективности без ущерба для исторической ценности объектов. Практическая значимость: Работа вносит вклад в развитие стратегий устойчивого развития городских территорий, предоставляя методы и рекомендации, направленные на улучшение их энергоэффективности и функциональности, данные рекомендации могут быть использованы при реновации исторических зданий.

Subject of research: Optimal methods for the renovation of historical buildings and the preservation of architectural heritage. Objective: The development of a project for volumetric-planning solutions for M.G. Lapin’s income house, with the restoration of its historical architectural appearance and the justification of the project’s energy efficiency. The graduate qualification work is dedicated to the problem of renovating historical buildings using modern energy-efficient technologies. The research focuses on analyzing existing approaches to renovation, identifying problems and opportunities for integrating modern technologies into the structure of historical buildings, and developing recommendations for improving energy efficiency without compromising the historical value of the objects. Practical significance: The work contributes to the development of sustainable urban development strategies by providing methods and recommendations aimed at improving the energy efficiency and functionality of urban areas. These recommendations can be used in the renovation of historical buildings.
