Abstract

Цель выпускной квалификационной работы – является разработка мер по повышению конкурентоспособности компании. Для достижения поставленной цели были поставлены и решены следующие задачи: - проанализировать хозяйственную деятельность компании и основных конкурентов; - изучить основные понятия, способы оценки и способы повышения конкурентоспособности компании; - проанализировать, стабильно ли финансовое положение предприятия; - предложить предприятию меры по повышению конкурентоспособности в соответствии с экономической ситуацией. Объектом изучение в работе является компания Tesla. Предметом изучения являются оценка международной конкурентоспособности компании по ее финансовым и операционным условиям и повышение конкурентоспособности деятельности компании Tesla. При выполнении работы в качестве теоретической базы были использованы нормативные акты, учебные пособия, справочные издания, научные работы и информация из всемирной сети «Интернет». В качестве информационной базы взяты данные бухгалтерского отчета Tesla. Анализ и обработка данных о конкурентоспособности осуществлялась с использованием программного обеспечения MS Office (Excel).

The purpose of graduate qualification work - is the development of measures to improve the competitiveness of the company. To achieve the goal, the following tasks were set and solved: - to analyze the economic activity of the company and the main competitors; - to study the basic concepts, methods of evaluation and ways to improve the competitiveness of the company; - analyze whether the financial position of the company is stable; - to propose to the enterprise measures to improve competitiveness in accordance with the economic situation. The object of study in the work is the company Tesla. The subject of study is the assessment of international competitiveness of the company on its financial and operational conditions and improving the competitiveness of Teslas activities. When performing the work as a theoretical base were used normative acts, textbooks, reference books, scientific articles and information from the World Wide Web "Internet". As an information base the data of the accounting report of Tesla were taken. Analysis and processing of data on competitiveness was carried out using MS Office software (Excel).
