Данная работа посвящена исследованию российско-кубинских отношений, главных направлений их реализации и основных возможностей развития. Задачи, которые решаются в ходе исследования: представить историческую ретроспективу отношений России и Кубы; охарактеризовать влияние США на выстраивание российско-кубинских отношений; провести анализ развития отношений в экономической, культурной и политической сферах; обозначить специфику российско-кубинских отношений в условиях трансформации международных отношений; выявить возможности для дальнейшего сотрудничества России и Кубы. Применяя междисциплинарный подход, удалось провести всесторонний анализ отношений. В работе использовались следующие методы: исторический анализ, системный анализ, метод кейсов, количественный анализ, а также метод экстраполяции прогностического метода. Было выявлено, что Россия и Куба являются стратегическими партнерами, чьи отношения имеют прочный исторический фундамент. Установлено, что коммунистическая идеология была стержнем российско-кубинского союза и с распадом СССРотношения оказались в состоянии глубокого кризиса. Несмотря на это, стороны постепенно смогли вернуться к прежнему уровню взаимодействия, наращивая партнерство в экономической, культурной и политической сферах. Рассматривая специфику развития отношений в условиях трансформации международных отношений, выявлено, что обе стороны настроены на конструктивный и дружественный диалог, оказывая друг другу взаимную поддержку. Основные возможности развития будущих отношений связаны с достижением взаимных интересов и укреплением взаимодействия в рамках различных отраслей.

This work is devoted to the study of Russian-Cuban relations, the main directions of their implementation and the main development opportunities. The research set the following goals: to present a historical retrospective of relations between Russia and Cuba; to characterize the influence of the United States on building Russian-Cuban relations; to analyze the development of relations in the economic, cultural and political spheres; to identify the specifics of Russian-Cuban relations in the context of the transformation of international relations; to identify opportunities for further cooperation between Russia and Cuba. Applying an interdisciplinary approach, it was possible to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the relationship. The following methods were used in the work: historical analysis, system analysis, case study method, quantitative analysis, as well as the method of extrapolation of the predictive method. It was revealed that Russia and Cuba are strategic partners whose relations have a solid historical foundation. It is established that the communist ideology was the core of the Russian-Cuban alliance and with the collapse of the USSR, relations were in a state of deep crisis. Despite this, the parties were gradually able to return to the previous level of interaction, building up partnership in the economic, cultural and political spheres. Considering the specifics of the development of relations in the context of the transformation of international relations, it was revealed that both sides are set up for a constructive and friendly dialogue, providing mutual support to each other. The main opportunities for the development of future relations are related to the achievement of mutual interests and strengthening cooperation within various industries.
