Abstract

Объектом исследования является региональное сотрудничество Испании со странами Северной Африки и Ближнего Востока. Предмет исследования – парадипломатия Испании. Цель – анализ и изучение парадипломатии Испании в контексте сотрудничества с арабскими государствами Ближнего Востока и Северной Африки и их регионами. В связи с поставленной целью, в данной работе были выделены следующие задачи: 1. Изучить понятия «парадипломатия», «региональное сотрудничество» и их взаимосвязь; 2. Проанализировать международно-правовую базу парадипломатии: 3. Проанализировать современное положение регионального сотрудничества между Испанией и странами Ближнего Востока и Северной Африки; 4. Рассмотреть перспективы сотрудничества Испании c регионами СА и БВ. В данной работе используются общенаучные методы и частные научные методы. В результате были изучены теоретические понятия. Далее было проанализировано проявление парадипломатии в Испании в контексте взаимоотношений с арабскими странами Ближнего Востока и Северной Африки, а также нормативно-правовые базы. В итоге были рассмотрены перспективные направления в данном сотрудничестве и построены прогнозы развития отношений. Работа проводилась с использованием русскоязычных источников, а также зарубежных источников на английском, испанском и арабском языках.

The object of the study is the regional cooperation of Spain with the countries of North Africa and the Middle East. The subject of the study is the paradiplomacy of Spain. The purpose of this work is to analyze and study the paradiplomacy of Spain in the context of cooperation with the Arab States of the Middle East and North Africa and their regions. The following tasks were highlighted in this work to achive the goals: 1. Consider the concepts of "paradiplomacy", "regional cooperation" and their interrelation; 2. Analyze the international legal framework of the paradiplomacy of the Spanish autonomous communities; 3. Analyze the current state of regional cooperation between Spain and the countries of the Middle East and North Africa; 4. Consider the prospects for the development of cooperation between Spain and the following regions. The research methodology is based on the integrated application of scientific research methods. In this work, general scientific methods and private scientific methods are used. As a result, theoretical concepts were studied. Further, the manifestation of paradiplomacy in Spain in the context of relations with the Arab countries of the Middle East and North Africa, as well as the regulatory framework on which these relations are established, was analyzed. As a result, promising areas in this cooperation were considered and forecasts for the further development of relations were made. The work was carried out using Russian-language sources, as well as foreign sources in English, Spanish and Arabiс.
