Abstract

Целью работы является: осуществление повышения скорости и качества внутреннего документооборота в АО «Балтийская Инжиниринговая Компания». Задачи работы: 1) осуществить анализ деятельности АО «Балтийская Инжиниринговая Компания»; 2) определить информационные потребности персонала при выполнении их должностных обязанностей; 3) выработать набор требований к внедряемой системе электронного документооборота; 4) осуществить подбор программного продукта автоматизации документооборота; 5) разработать мероприятия, связанные с внедрением информационной системы автоматизации документооборота; 6) рассчитать основные выгоды от внедрения системы электронного документооборота. Работа выполнялась на материалах компании ООО «1С». Методы исследования: сбор и обработка данных, анализ данных, сравнительный анализ, мультикритериальный анализ решений, моделирование бизнес–процессов, построение календарного плана, методы оценки эффективности проектов. Основные результаты работы: 1) выработан набор требований к внедряемой системе; 2) осуществлён подбор программного продукта автоматизации документооборота; 3) рассчитаны основные выгоды от внедрения системы. Практическая значимость работы внедрение ECM - системы обеспечивает оптимизированный процесс документооборота в компании. Выводы. Цель достигнута, все задачи выполнены и определена область применения результатов.

The purpose of the research is Improving the speed and quality of internal document flow in Baltic Engineering Company LLC. Tasks of the work: 1) Carry out an analysis of the activities of Baltic Engineering Company LLC; 2) Select a document automation software product; 3) Calculate the main benefits from the implementation of an electronic document management system. The research was carried out based on LLC «1С». Research methods: data collection and processing, data analysis, comparative analysis, multi-criteria decision analysis, business process modeling, scheduling, methods for assessing project effectiveness. The main results of the study: 1) An analysis of the activities of Baltic Engineering Company LLC was carried out 2) The information needs of personnel in performing their job duties have been identified. 3) A set of requirements for the implemented electronic document management system has been developed; 4) Selection of a document automation software product was carried out; 5) Developed measures related to the implementation of an information system for document automation; 6) The main benefits from the implementation of an electronic document management system have been calculated. The practical significance of the work is determined by the results of the performance assessment: the implementation of the ECM system ensures an optimized document flow process in the company. Conclusions. The goal has been achieved, all tasks have been completed and the scope of application of the results has been determine.
