Abstract

Актуальность работы обусловлена низкими темпами внедрения технологий переработки ТБО, а также недостаточной обоснованностью на региональных уровнях применения технологий утилизации с получением энергетической продукции. Целью работы является оценка перспектив создания генерирующих установок на ТБО и обоснование выбора технологий. В работе проведен анализ государственного регулирования и опыта реализации энергетической переработки ТБО, разработан инструментарий для выбора региона и технологии переработки ТБО, а также разработан бизнес-плана проекта энергетической переработки ТБО. Объектом исследования является перечень технологий энергетической переработки ТБО. Предмет – эффективность энергетической переработки ТБО. Структура выпускной квалификационной работы состоит из введения, трех частей, заключения, списка использованных источников и приложений. Информационной базой исследования послужили нормативные акты, территориальные схемы обращения с отходами, учебные, учебно-методические и научно-практические работы, посвящённые проблеме обращения с твердыми бытовыми отходами в субъектах РФ и мире, аналитические и информационные материалы, опубликованные в периодической печати и представленные в компьютерной сети Интернет. Для проведения расчетов в качестве основного программного инструмента использовался Microsoft Excel.

The relevance of the work is due to the low pace of introduction of solid waste recycling technologies, as well as insufficient justification at regional levels for the use of recycling technologies to produce energy products. The purpose of the work is to assess the prospects for creating generating plants for solid waste and substantiate the choice of technologies. The paper analyzes state regulation and experience in the implementation of energy processing of solid waste, develops tools for choosing a region and technology for processing solid waste, and also develops a business plan for the project of energy processing of solid waste. The object of the study is a list of technologies for the energy processing of solid waste. The subject is the efficiency of energy processing of solid waste. The structure of the final qualification work consists of an introduction, three parts, a conclusion, a list of sources used and appendices. The information base of the study was normative acts, territorial waste management schemes, educational, methodological and scientific-practical works on the problem of solid household waste management in the subjects of the Russian Federation and the world, analytical and informational materials published in periodicals and presented on the Internet. Microsoft Excel was used as the main software tool for making calculations.
