
ÐктуальноÑть работы обуÑловлена низкими темпами Ð²Ð½ÐµÐ´Ñ€ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ‚ÐµÑ…Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ð¹ переработки ТБО, а также недоÑтаточной обоÑнованноÑтью на региональных уровнÑÑ… Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ‚ÐµÑ…Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ð¹ утилизации Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð»ÑƒÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸ÐµÐ¼ ÑнергетичеÑкой продукции. Целью работы ÑвлÑетÑÑ Ð¾Ñ†ÐµÐ½ÐºÐ° перÑпектив ÑÐ¾Ð·Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð³ÐµÐ½ÐµÑ€Ð¸Ñ€ÑƒÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ… уÑтановок на ТБО и обоÑнование выбора технологий. Ð’ работе проведен анализ гоÑударÑтвенного Ñ€ÐµÐ³ÑƒÐ»Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ опыта реализации ÑнергетичеÑкой переработки ТБО, разработан инÑтрументарий Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð²Ñ‹Ð±Ð¾Ñ€Ð° региона и технологии переработки ТБО, а также разработан бизнеÑ-плана проекта ÑнергетичеÑкой переработки ТБО. Объектом иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÑвлÑетÑÑ Ð¿ÐµÑ€ÐµÑ‡ÐµÐ½ÑŒ технологий ÑнергетичеÑкой переработки ТБО. Предмет – ÑффективноÑть ÑнергетичеÑкой переработки ТБО. Структура выпуÑкной квалификационной работы ÑоÑтоит из введениÑ, трех чаÑтей, заключениÑ, ÑпиÑка иÑпользованных иÑточников и приложений. Информационной базой иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ñлужили нормативные акты, территориальные Ñхемы Ð¾Ð±Ñ€Ð°Ñ‰ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ Ð¾Ñ‚Ñ…Ð¾Ð´Ð°Ð¼Ð¸, учебные, учебно-методичеÑкие и научно-практичеÑкие работы, поÑвÑщённые проблеме Ð¾Ð±Ñ€Ð°Ñ‰ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ Ñ‚Ð²ÐµÑ€Ð´Ñ‹Ð¼Ð¸ бытовыми отходами в Ñубъектах РФ и мире, аналитичеÑкие и информационные материалы, опубликованные в периодичеÑкой печати и предÑтавленные в компьютерной Ñети Интернет. The relevance of the work is due to the low pace of introduction of solid waste recycling technologies, as well as insufficient justification at regional levels for the use of recycling technologies to produce energy products. The purpose of the work is to assess the prospects for creating generating plants for solid waste and substantiate the choice of technologies. The paper analyzes state regulation and experience in the implementation of energy processing of solid waste, develops tools for choosing a region and technology for processing solid waste, and also develops a business plan for the project of energy processing of solid waste. The object of the study is a list of technologies for the energy processing of solid waste. The subject is the efficiency of energy processing of solid waste. The structure of the final qualification work consists of an introduction, three parts, a conclusion, a list of sources used and appendices. The information base of the study was normative acts, territorial waste management schemes, educational, methodological and scientific-practical works on the problem of solid household waste management in the subjects of the Russian Federation and the world, analytical and informational materials published in periodicals and presented on the Internet. Microsoft Excel was used as the main software tool for making calculations.
