Целью работы является разработка рекомендаций по совершенствованию контрольно-надзорной деятельности в финансово-бюджетной сфере. Были решены следующие задачи: - изучить теоретические основы государственного финансового контроля; - определить место финансового мониторинга в системе государственного финансового контроля; - рассмотреть практический опыт реализации государственного финансового контроля в Санкт-Петербурге; - выявить проблемы осуществления контрольно-надзорной деятельности в финансово-бюджетной сфере; - на основе выявленных проблем разработать рекомендации по совершенствованию контрольно-надзорной деятельности в финансово-бюджетной сфере; - сформировать механизм реализации разработанных рекомендаций; - оценить эффективность предложенных рекомендаций. Актуальность темы исследования обусловлена необходимостью совершенствования государственного финансового контроля в свете современных вызовов и задач, заключающихся в повышении эффективности государственного управления и реформировании бюджетного процесса. Источниками информации выступили данные отечественной научно-исследовательской литературы, нормативно-правовых актов, официальных Интернет-ресурсов. Предложены рекомендации по совершенствованию контрольно-надзорной деятельности в финансово-бюджетной сфере.

The relevance of the research topic is due to the need to improve state financial control in the light of modern challenges and tasks aimed at improving the efficiency of public administration and reforming the budget process, The sources of information were data from domestic scientific research literature, regulatory legal acts, and official Internet resources.
