Abstract

Subject of Research: system for selecting an individual diet. Objective of the research: to create a system that helps users develop personalized diet plans tailored to their individual needs and preferences. Results: a system utilizing a Telegram bot and a web application was developed for user convenience. The system generates personalized menus based on linear optimization algorithms. Testing demonstrated good accuracy and practical applicability for users interested in healthy eating. Methodology: the research is based on the method of linear optimization. Existing methods and programs, such as predictive data processing algorithms and linear optimization, as well as popular platforms like Eat This Much and Meal Prep Pro, were analyzed. Approaches were adapted for the Russian market. Application Area: the results can be applied in dietetics and for promoting a healthy lifestyle. The system can be used by dietitians, fitness trainers, and individual users to create personalized diet plans. Conclusions: the developed system is effective in creating personalized diet plans, highlighting its significance for promoting a healthy lifestyle. Testing confirmed its practical applicability and ease of use.
