
Ð’ данной выпуÑкной квалификационной работе, была Ñпроектирована конÑÑ‚Ñ€ÑƒÐºÑ†Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð·Ð»Ð¾Ð²Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ крана грузоподъёмноÑтью 25 тонн. Ð’ ходе работы были выбраны Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ…Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð¼Ð° подъёма полиÑпаÑÑ‚, канат, Ñлектродвигатель, редуктор, тормоз и муфта. Так же был Ñпроектирован и поÑчитан на прочноÑть барабан. Ð”Ð»Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ…Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð¼Ð° Ð¿ÐµÑ€ÐµÐ¼ÐµÑ‰ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ¶ÐºÐ¸ и крана были подобраны колёÑа и мотор-редуктор, а также поÑчитаны приводные валы на долговечноÑть и прочноÑть. Кроме того, были раÑÑчитаны на прочноÑть блок полиÑпаÑтов, крепÑщийÑÑ Ð½Ð° тележку и блок полиÑпаÑтов крюковой подвеÑки.
In this final qualifying work, the design of a gantry crane with a lifting capacity of 25 tons was designed. During the work, a pulley block, a rope, an electric motor, a gearbox, a brake and a clutch were selected for the lifting mechanism. The drum was also designed and calculated for strength. For the mechanism for moving the trolley and crane, wheels and a gear motor were selected, and drive shafts were calculated for durability and strength. In addition, the block of pulleys attached to the trolley and the block of pulleys of the hook suspension were designed for strength.
