В ходе выполнения работы были разработаны разделы проектной документации на строительство гостиницы согласно Постановлению Правительства РФ от 16.02.2008 N 87 (ред. от 15.09.2023) «О составе разделов проектной документации и требованиях к их содержанию». Целью исследовательской части проекта является изучение структуры и свойств стеновых сэндвич-панелей, а также их влияние на процесс крепления и эксплуатацию навесных фасадных систем. Задачи, решаемые в ходе исследования: 1. Анализ работ по применению навесных фасадных систем; 2. Определение особенностей монтажа навесных фасадов с креплением к стеновой сэндвич-панели; 3. Создание расчетной модели участка навесного фасада в программном комплексе SCAD Office; 4. Расчет модели по наиболее неблагоприятным комбинациям загружений. В результате работы был произведен расчет конструкции навесного фасада по I и II группе предельных состояний. Получены необходимые изменения в выбранной НФС на основе результатов расчета для успешной работы в условиях высотного строительства гостиницы.

In the course of the work, sections of the project documentation for the construction of the hotel were developed in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 02/16/2008 No. 87 (ed. dated 09/15/2023) "On the composition of sections of the project documentation and requirements for their content". The purpose of the research part of the project is to study the structure and properties of wall sandwich panels, as well as their impact on the fastening process and operation of hinged facade systems. Tasks to be solved during the research: 1. Analysis of works on the application of hinged facade systems; 2. Determination of the features of the installation of hinged facades with attachment to the wall sandwich panel; 3. Creation of a calculation model of a section of a hinged facade in the SCAD Office software package; 4. Calculation of the model based on the most unfavorable combinations of loads. As a result of the work, the design of the hinged facade was calculated according to the I and II groups of limit states. The necessary changes in the selected NSF have been obtained based on the calculation results for successful operation in the conditions of high-rise hotel construction.
