Abstract

Целью данной работы является разработка и написание алгоритма для нахождения автомобильного номера на изображение и дальнейшее распознавание символов с найденного номера для реализации системы контроля доступа, а также обзор, анализ и сравнение существующих методов. В ходе исследования решались следующие задачи: 1. Обзор и сравнительный анализ существующих методов нахождения автомобильного номера на изображении, а также методов распознавания текста с полученного номера; 2. Использование оптимального метода нахождения автомобильного номера на изображении и алгоритма распознавания текста с изображения; 3. Реализация собственного метода контроля доступа по распознанному автомобильному номеру.

The purpose of this work is to develop and write an algorithm for finding a car number on an image and further recognizing characters from the found number to implement an access control system, as well as review, analysis and comparison of existing methods. During the research, the following tasks were solved: 1. Review and comparative analysis of existing methods for finding a car license plate in an image, as well as methods for recognizing text from the received license plate; 2. Using the optimal method of finding the car number in the image and the text recognition algorithm from the image; 3. Implementation of a proprietary access control method based on a recognized car number.
