Abstract

Цель работы: исследование энергетических и спектральных характеристик различных схемных решений двухтактного ключевого генератора. Результатом работы являются разработанные имитационные модели трёх схемных решений ключевого генератора, проведённый анализ схем. Задание на выпускную квалификационную работу выполнено в полном объеме.

Object of study is key generator. The aim is investigation of the energy and spectral characteristics of various circuit solutions of a push-pull key generator. The result of the work is the developed simulation models of three circuit solutions of the key generator, the analysis of the circuits.
