Abstract

The purpose of the final qualification work is to study the possibility of using a shape memory material to reduce the effect of elastic aftereffect on the quality of pressed products. The project examines various aspects of the manufacturing process, starting with the preparation of powder materials and ending with the finishing of manufactured parts. The result of the work should be a plan for the route technological process of manufacturing the "Step sleeve" part, as well as the development of technological equipment for performing operations for its production. The graduation project proposes a variant of the technological process of manufacturing the "Step sleeve" part, which includes the use of more modern methods of pressing and metalworking by pressure. This allows you to reduce the number of defects and reduce the manufacturing time at each stage. The KOMPAS program was used to complete the project.
