Abstract

Целью данной выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра является проектирование газотурбинной установки на основе прототипа ГТУ-25П. Задачи, которые выполняются в процессе исследования газотурбинной установки: 1. Тепловой расчет двигателя с выбором оптимальных параметров; 2. Анализ отдельных узлов газотурбинной установки с помощью газодинамических параметров и расчетов компрессоров, камеры сгорания и турбин; 3. Исследование на прочность лопатки и диска последней ступени и ротора силовой турбины. Данная работа считается актуальной так как, в настоящий момент необходима замена зарубежных силовых установок. В выпускной квалификационной работе бакалавра была произведена оценка изменений различных параметров газотурбинной установки. Параметры были получены в ходе исследования, с учетом изменения заданных начальных данных. Удалось сохранить достойные показатели коэффициента полезного действия и других важных характеристик.

This bachelors final qualifying work is devoted to the design a gas turbine unit based on the GTU-25P prototype. Tasks that are performed during the study of a gas turbine unit: 1. Thermal calculation of engine parameters with the choice of the optimal parameters. 2. Analysis of individual components of a gas turbine unit using gas dynamic parameters and calculations of compressors, combustion chamber and turbines. 3. Research on the strength of the blade, disc of the last stage and rotor of the power turbine. This work is considered relevant because now it is necessary to replace foreign power unit. In the final qualification work of the bachelor, the changes in various parameters of a gas turbine unit were evaluated. The parameters were obtained during the study, considering changes in the initial data set. It was possible to maintain decent performance indicators and other important characteristics.
