
Ð’ дипломном проекте было запроектировано 28-Ñтажное здание бизнеÑ-центра выÑотой 117,4 метра, Ñ Ð´Ð²ÑƒÑ…ÑƒÑ€Ð¾Ð²Ð½ÐµÐ²Ð¾Ð¹ подземной автоÑтоÑнкой. Ð’ иÑÑледовательÑкой чаÑти был проведён выбор Ñварных Ñоединений по ÑкономичеÑкой выгодноÑти. Ð’ ходе работы были поÑтавлены и решены такие задачи, как: 1. Ðнализ чаÑто иÑпользуемых типов Ñварных Ñоединений и облаÑть их применениÑ; 2. ПроизвеÑти раÑчет ÑкономичеÑкой целеÑообразноÑти Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ‚Ð¸Ð¿Ð¾Ð² Ñварных Ñоединений; 3. Определить макÑимально целеÑообразный тип Ñварного ÑÐ¾ÐµÐ´Ð¸Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð´Ð»Ñ Ñварки металлоконÑтрукций вертолетной площадки; 4. СоÑтавить Ñводную таблицу Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð°Ñ€Ð°Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ñ€Ð¾Ð² раÑходов при Ñварке технологичеÑкого трубопровода; 5. ПровеÑти анализ полученных результатов и дать рекомендации Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¾Ð¿Ñ‚Ð¸Ð¼Ð°Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ применениÑ. При анализе полученных данных можно Ñделать вывод, что при применении Ñварных швов без ÑкоÑа кромки получаетÑÑ ÑƒÐ´ÐµÑˆÐµÐ²Ð¸Ñ‚ÑŒ производÑтво на 15% в ÑледÑтвии Ñкономии времени Ð²Ñ‹Ð¿Ð¾Ð»Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚. Следовательно, Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð½Ð°ÑˆÐµÐ¹ вертолетной площадки предпочтительно применÑть типы Ñварных Ñоединений типа: Ð1, Т1, Т3, С2. Данное замечание будет полезно Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾ÐµÐºÑ‚Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ñ‰Ð¸ÐºÐ¾Ð², а также Ð´Ð»Ñ Ñ€ÑƒÐºÐ¾Ð²Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ¹ работ непоÑредÑтвенно на площадке.
In the graduation project, a 28-storey business center building with a height of 117.4 meters, with a two-level underground parking lot. In the research part, the selection of welded joints was carried out based on economic profitability. In the course of the work, such tasks as: 1. Analysis of commonly used types of welded joints and their scope; 2. Calculate the economic feasibility of determining the types of welded joints; 3. Determine the most appropriate type of welded joint for welding metal structures of the helipad; 4. Compile a summary table for determining cost parameters when welding a process pipeline; 5. Analyze the results obtained and make recommendations for optimal use. When analyzing the data obtained, we can conclude that when using welds without beveled edges, it is possible to reduce the cost of production by 15% due to savings in work time. Therefore, for our helipad it is preferable to use the following types of welded joints: H1, T1, T3, C2. This note will be useful for designers, as well as for managers of work directly on the site.
