Abstract

The final qualification work focuses on the development of technical solutions to increase the energy efficiency of an individual residential building in St. Petersburg, as well as on optimizing the construction process and choosing the most appropriate method of organizing work. The following key tasks were performed as part of the study: • Development of energy efficiency measures at home; • Selection of materials and equipment to maintain energy efficiency; • Determining the volume and timing of construction; • Preparation of planned schedules; • Choosing the most effective method of organizing construction. The result of the final qualification work is a project that includes architectural, structural and technical solutions that contribute to achieving and maintaining energy efficiency at home. Additionally, measures aimed at reducing energy consumption during operation are proposed. A work schedule has been developed based on the application of the in-line construction method.
