Abstract

Основной целью данной работы является модернизация и техническое перевооружение подстанции 110/35/6 кВ «Кузнечевская». В выпускной квалификационной работе определено текущее состояние ПС «Кузнечевская», описаны обобщенные указания к проектированию новой подстанции, рассчитаны и проанализирован режим энергопотребления, выбран силовой трансформатор, выбрано и проверено оборудование распределительных устройств 35 кВ и 6 кВ подстанции. Выбор трансформаторов был обусловлен расчётом мощности потребителей с учётом планируемых технологических присоединений. Выбор коммутационных и измерительных аппаратов распределительных устройств основывался на расчётных значениях тока нормального, послеаварийного и аварийного режима. В качестве аварийного режима был рассмотрен режим трёхфазного металлического короткого замыкания. Коммутационные и измерительные аппараты были проверены по условиям длительного допустимого тока, электродинамической и термической стойкости. Выключатели также были проверены по отключающей способности. По результатам выпускной квалификационной работы была спроектирована электрическая часть трансформаторной подстанции 110/35/6 кВ «Кузнечевская» в рамках реконструкции в связи с увеличением нагрузки.

The main goal of this work is the modernization and technical re-equipment of the 110/35/6 kV Kuznechevskaya substation. In the final qualifying work, the current state of the Kuznechevskaya substation is determined, general guidelines for the design of a new substation are described, the energy consumption mode is calculated and analyzed, a power transformer is selected, switchgear equipment of 35 kV and 6 kV substation is selected and tested. The choice of transformers was determined by calculations of consumer power taking into account the planned technological connections. The choice of switching and measuring devices of distribution devices was based on the calculated values of the current in normal, post-emergency and emergency modes. A three-phase metal short circuit was considered as an emergency mode. Switching and measuring devices have been tested for long-term permissible current, electrodynamic and thermal resistance. The switches were also tested for breaking capacity. Based on the results of the final qualifying work, the electrical part of the transformer substation of the 110/35/6 kV Kuznechevskaya substation was designed as part of the reconstruction due to an increase in load.
