Abstract

Целью работы является формирование мероприятий и оценке их эффективности для развития системы маркетинга в магазине «Ярче!». Работа выполнена на базе сети супермаркетов «Ярче». Использованные методы: общенаучный, аналитический, системно-структурный, сравнительно-сопоставительные методы, анализ документации, также метод наблюдения. Основные результаты работы: - изучены теоретические и методологические аспекты маркетинга, а также методов его анализа; - проведена характеристика деятельности предприятия; - проанализирована внешняя и внутренняя среда сети супермаркетов «Ярче!»; - разработаны мероприятия, направленные на совершенствование организации маркетинга. Область применения результатов ВКР– отрасль продовольственных магазинов, практическое использование методик маркетингового исследования, направленных на развитие маркетинга в организациях. Выводы. Задачи ВКРрешены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

The aim of the graduate qualification work is the formation of events and the assessment of their effectiveness for the development of the marketing system in the store "Brighter!". The work was carried out based on supermarket chains "Brighter". Research methods used: general scientific, analytical, system-structural, comparative methods, analysis of documentation, as well as the method of observation. The main results of the graduate qualification work: - the theoretical and methodological aspects of marketing, as well as methods of its analysis, have been studied; - the characteristics of the company’s activities have been carried out; - the external and internal environment of the supermarket chain "Brighter!" is analyzed; - measures have been developed aimed at improving the organization of marketing. The areas of the graduate qualification work results application are the food store industry, the practical use of marketing research methods aimed at developing marketing in organizations. Conclusions. The tasks of the WRC have been solved, the goal has been achieved, and the scope of application of the results has been determined.
