Abstract

The aim of the work is to develop methodological foundations for the analysis and modeling of the diesel fuel market in Russia under resource constraints, as well as to develop a plan for the development of the diesel fuel market for the period 2023-2027. The following tasks were solved: - collect and analyze statistical data on the production, consumption and export of diesel fuel in Russia over the past few years; - to study the main economic and social factors affecting the functioning of the diesel fuel market in Russia under resource constraints; - to develop methodological foundations for the analysis and modeling of the diesel fuel market under resource constraints, including econometric methods of analysis and modeling; - to carry out econometric modeling of the parameters of the diesel fuel market in Russia, to determine the main factors influencing its functioning, and their quantitative assessment; - to analyze the factors characterizing the parameters of the Russian diesel fuel market under resource constraints, taking into account the results of econometric modeling; - to develop a plan for the development of the diesel fuel market for the near future, based on the results of analysis and modeling, as well as taking into account the projected trends in the fuel market. The relevance of the topic is due to the development of an integrated approach to the analysis and modeling of the diesel fuel market in Russia, as well as in the development of its development plan for the near future. The results of the study can be used in the practice of production, sale and consumption of diesel fuel, as well as in the development of state policy in this area. Data analysis and modeling were carried out using the MS Office (Excel) package. The sources of information were data from domestic and foreign research literature, official Internet resources and analytical agencies.
