В работе представлены результаты исследования эмоционального интеллекта у студентов из туркменистана и российской федерации. В теоретической части работы рассмотрены понятие эмоционального интеллекта, как объекта психологического исследования, структура эмоционального интеллекта, основные модели эмоционального интеллекта. В практической части работы была проведена диагностика эмоционального интеллекта у студентов из туркменистана и российской федерации. Проведен анализ различий в структуре и компонентах эмоционального интеллекта, проведен корреляционный анализ между показателями эмоционального интеллекта в группах туркменских и российских студентов.

The paper presents the results of a study of emotional intelligence among students from turkmenistan and the russian federation. In the theoretical part of the work, the concept of emotional intelligence as an object of psychological research, the structure of emotional intelligence, the main models of emotional intelligence are considered. In the practical part of the work, the diagnosis of emotional intelligence was carried out among students from turkmenistan and the russian federation. The analysis of differences in the structure and components of emotional intelligence was carried out, a correlation analysis was carried out between the indicators of emotional intelligence of students from turkmenistan and the russian federation.
