Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Бизнес-центр 105 м с подземным паркингом». Цель работы: разработка проектной документации на строительство высотного бизнес-центра, расположенного по адресу: г. Санкт-Петербург, ул. Кораблестроителей, участок 2, Разделы документации разработаны согласно Постановлению Правительства от 16 февраля 2008 года (с изменениями на 1 декабря 2021 года) №87 «О составе разделов проектной документации и требованиях к их содержанию». Особенностью данной работы является сейсмический расчет здания и сравнение моделей с различным учетом взаимодействия сооружения с основанием. Задачи исследования: • Определить основные положения расчета на сейсмическое воздействие. • Описать программный комплекс для реализации расчета на сейсмическое воздействие. • Решить модальные задачи в программном комплексе. • Сравнить полученные результаты. В результате проведенной научно-исследовательской работы были сравнены три модели с различным учетом взаимодействия сооружения с основанием при сейсмическом расчете.

Topic of the graduation thesis: « Business center 105 m with underground parking». Objective: Development of project documentation for the construction of a high-rise business center located at: St. Petersburg, st. Korablestroiteley, plot 2. The documentation sections are developed in accordance with the Resolution of the Government dated February 16, 2008 (with amendments as of December 1, 2021) No. 87 "On the Composition of Sections of Project Documentation and Requirements for Their Content." A feature of this work is the seismic calculation of the building and the comparison of models with different allowance for the interaction of the structure with the base. Research objectives: • Determine the main provisions of the calculation for seismic impact. • Describe the software package for the implementation of the calculation for seismic impact. • Solve modal problems in the software package. • Compare your results. As a result of the research work carried out, three models were compared with different consideration of the interaction of the structure with the base in the seismic calculation.
