Abstract

Конечной целью оптимизации цепочки поставок является удовлетворение потребностей клиентов, снижение затрат и получение прибыли, в частности, следующим образом: 1. Повысить удовлетворенность клиентов. 2. Повысить уровень управления предприятием. 3. Сохранить транзакционные издержки. 4. Снижение уровня запасов: 5. Сокращение затрат на закупки и содействие управлению поставщиками. 6. Сокращение времени цикла. 7. Увеличение доходов и прибыли. 8. Расширение сети. Сама цепочка поставок представляет собой Формирование эффективных и надежных цепей поставок на товарных рынках является ключевым фактором для достижения конкурентных преимуществ и удовлетворения требований потребителей. Для достижения этой цели, компании должны разработать стратегии, которые позволят им оптимизировать весь процесс поставок, от закупки сырья до доставки готовых товаров конечным потребителям. При сборе данных, необходимых для выполнения работы, были использованы поисковые системы: Google, BaiDu. При обработке данных использовались следующие программы: программы Майкрософт офис.

The ultimate goal of supply chain optimization is to meet customer needs, reduce costs and generate profits, in particular as follows: 1. Improve customer satisfaction. 2. Improve the level of enterprise management. 3. Save transaction costs. 4. Decreased inventory levels: 5. Reducing procurement costs and facilitating supplier management. 6. Shortening the cycle time. 7. Increasing revenues and profits. 8. Network expansion. The supply chain itself is Establishing efficient and reliable supply chains in commodity markets is a key factor in achieving competitive advantage and meeting consumer demands. To achieve this goal, companies must develop strategies that will enable them to streamline the entire supply chain, from the procurement of raw materials to the delivery of finished goods to end consumers. The following search engines were used to collect the data needed to complete the work: Google, BaiDu. The following programmes were used for data processing: Microsoft Office.
