Abstract

The topic of the final qualifying work: "High-speed mechatronic drive". This work is devoted to the study of the possibility of optimizing the parameters of a mechatronic electromechanical drive according to the criteria for evaluating the energy efficiency of the system. In the course of the work, the following tasks are solved: 1. Investigation of the dependences of the values of the energy efficiency evaluation criteria on the system parameters. 2. Development of a method for optimizing a high-speed mechatronic drive according to the criteria of minimizing energy consumption and reducing instantaneous power consumption in order to reduce the size of the components that make up the drive. 3. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the developed optimization method. The paper searches for and studies the dependencies of the values of the criteria for evaluating the energy efficiency of the system on the parameters of the engine, the flow mechanism and the law of motion of a high-speed mechatronic linear actuator. The system parameters are optimized according to the criteria of minimizing energy consumption and reducing the maximum value of the instantaneous power developed by the drive-in order to reduce the typical size of its components. The efficiency of optimization of system parameters is analyzed according to the criteria under consideration. The method of applying the obtained dependencies for the development of optimal systems according to the criteria under consideration is developed and described.
