Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра: «Разработка комплекса мероприятий для выхода предприятия на международный рынок». Целью работы явилось разработка комплекса стратегических мероприятий для выхода ПАО «МТС» на рынок Республики Абхазии. Работа выполнена на базе компании, предоставляющей телекоммуникационные услуги ПАО «МТС». Предмет ВКР– международная деятельность ПАО «МТС». Методы: классификация, методы управления проектами, сбор и обработка данных, методы оценки эффективности проектов. При сборе данных, необходимых для выполнения работы, были использованы библиографические/реферативные базы данных Elibrary и Scholar Google. При обработке данных использовалось следующее программное обеспечение Microsoft Office. Основные результаты работы: - описаны теоретические аспекты выхода мероприятия на международный рынок; - проанализирована деятельность компании ПАО «МТС» как с точки зрения общей характеристики, так и с точки зрения предыдущего опыта выхода данной компании на другие рынки; - разработаны рекомендации по выходу ПАО «МТС» на рынок Республики Абхазии и рассчитана эффективность предложенных рекомендаций. Актуальность темы обусловлена необходимостью компаний в расширении своей деятельности за рубежом с целью получения конкурентных преимуществ и развития бизнеса в целом. Источниками информации выступили данные отечественной и зарубежной научно-исследовательской литературы, официальных Интернет- ресурсов и аналитических агентств. Область применения результатов ВКР– реализация проектов по выходу компаний, предоставляющих телекоммуникационные услуги на зарубежные рынки, а также при решении задач, связанных с лицензированием. Выводы: Задачи ВКРрешены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

The title of the bachelor graduate qualification work: «Developing a set of measures to enable the company to enter the international market». The aim of the work was to develop a set of strategic measures for MTS PJSC to enter the market of the Republic of Abkhazia. The work has been carried out on the materials of the company providing telecommunications services, MTS PJSC. Research methods used: classification, project management techniques, data collection and processing, project evaluation methods. The bibliographic/abstract databases Elibrary and Scholar Google were used to collect the data needed for the work. The following Microsoft Office software was used for data processing. The main results of the graduate qualification work: - the theoretical aspects of international market entry were described; - analyzed the activities of MTS PJSC in terms of both general characteristics and the companys previous experience in entering other markets; - developed recommendations for MTS PJSC to enter the market of the Republic of Abkhazia and calculated the effectiveness of the proposed recommendations. The relevance of the topic stems from the need for companies to expand their operations abroad in order to gain a competitive advantage and develop their business as a whole. The sources of information included data from domestic and foreign research literature, official Internet resources and analytical agencies. The areas of the graduate qualification work results application – implementation of projects on the entry of companies providing telecommunications services in foreign markets, as well as in solving problems associated with licensing. Conclusions of graduate qualification work: Tasks have been solved, aim has been achieved, the areas of the results application have been determined.
