Изучение и анализ литературы по теме иÑÑледованиÑ, изучить понÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ дать оценку Ñовременного ÑоÑтоÑÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸Ð·ÑƒÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÐºÑƒÐ»ÑŒÑ‚ÑƒÑ€Ñ‹ безопаÑноÑти в РоÑÑии и зарубежном. ОбоÑновать актуальноÑть, практичеÑкую значимоÑть и новизну иÑÑледованиÑ. 2. Оценка ÑƒÑ€Ð¾Ð²Ð½Ñ ÐºÑƒÐ»ÑŒÑ‚ÑƒÑ€Ñ‹ безопаÑноÑти у работников образовательных учреждений. 3. Определение влиÑÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð²Ñ‹Ð±Ñ€Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ… факторов на уровень культуры безопаÑноÑти у работников образовательных учреждений. 4. Предложение мероприÑтий по улучшению ÑƒÑ€Ð¾Ð²Ð½Ñ ÐºÑƒÐ»ÑŒÑ‚ÑƒÑ€Ñ‹ без-опаÑноÑти. 5. Проведение Ñравнительного коррелÑционного анализа у реÑпондентов поÑле предложенных рекомендаций по улучшению ÑƒÑ€Ð¾Ð²Ð½Ñ ÐºÑƒÐ»ÑŒÑ‚ÑƒÑ€Ñ‹ безопаÑноÑти. Ð’ работе было проведено иÑÑледование по определению культуры без-опаÑноÑти у работников образовательных учреждений. Был проведен анализ, по выÑвлению ÑвÑзей между определенными факторами и уровнем культуры безопаÑноÑти у работников образовательных учреждений. Были предложены мероприÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ улучшению культуры безопаÑноÑти. ПрактичеÑÐºÐ°Ñ Ð·Ð½Ð°Ñ‡Ð¸Ð¼Ð¾Ñть выполненной ВКРÑоÑтоит в том, что выÑвлена ÑвÑзь ÑƒÑ€Ð¾Ð²Ð½Ñ ÐºÑƒÐ»ÑŒÑ‚ÑƒÑ€Ñ‹ безопаÑноÑти между определÑющими фактора-ми, Ñто в дальнейшем может иÑпользоватьÑÑ Ð² ÑоÑтавлении профилактичеÑких и организационных мероприÑтий по проведению мероприÑтий, направленных на улучшение культуры безопаÑноÑти Ñреди работников образовательных учреждений. Ð’ ходе Ð²Ñ‹Ð¿Ð¾Ð»Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð’ÐšÐ Ð±Ñ‹Ð»Ð¸ иÑпользованы Ñледующие цифровые технологии: Google Forms и SPSS. This work is devoted to the study of the safety culture of employees of educational institutions, considering the determining factors. Tasks that were solved during the study: 1. Study and analysis of literature on the research topic, study the concepts and assess the current state of the study of safety culture in Russia and abroad. Justify the relevance, practical significance, and novelty of the study. 2. Assessment of the level of safety culture among employees of educational institutions. 3. Determination of the influence of the selected factors on the level of safety culture among employees of educational institutions. 4. Proposal of measures to improve the level of safety culture. 5. Carrying out a comparative correlation analysis among respondents af-ter the proposed recommendations for improving the level of safety culture. In the work, a study was conducted to determine the safety culture among employees of educational institutions. An analysis was carried out to identify links between certain factors and the level of safety culture among employees of educational institutions. Measures were proposed to improve the safety culture. The practical significance of the WRC performed is that the relationship be-tween the level of safety culture between the determining factors was revealed, which can later be used in the preparation of preventive and organizational measures for the implementation of activities aimed at improving the safety cul-ture among employees of educational institutions. The following digital technologies were used during the WRC: Google Forms and SPSS. The survey was conducted by providing a questionnaire through Google Forms. Mathematical processing of the obtained results of the study was carried out using multidimensional dispersion, correlation analysis in the SPSS statistical data processing program.
