Abstract

Данная работа посвящена разработке дизельного двигателя внутренне-го сгорания мощностью 272 кВт. В ходе выполнения работы рассчитаны: рабочий процесс двигателя, силы и моменты, возникающие в двигателе, про-изведен анализ уравновешенности и выполнены расчеты прочности коленчатого вала, шатуна и поршневого пальца. На основании расчетов разработаны продольный и поперечный разрезы двигателя, а также системы охлаждения и смазки.

This work is devoted to the development of a diesel internal combustion engine with a power of 272 kW. In the course of the work, the following were calculated: the working process of the engine, the forces and moments arising in the engine, an analysis of the balance was made and calculations were made of the strength of the crankshaft, connecting rod and piston pin. Based on the calculations, longitudinal and transverse sections of the engine were developed, as well as cooling and lubrication systems.
