Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы магистра: Управление конкурентоспособностью предприятия (на примере ООО Механобр Сервис). Целью исследования явилось исследование и последующая разработка мероприятий по повышению конкурентоспособности предприятия. Исследование выполнялось на базе ООО « Механобр Сервис». Предмет исследования – способы повышения эффективности управления конкурентоспособностью предприятия в современных условиях. Методы исследования: Применялись общенаучные методы исследования: контентный и сравнительный анализ, метод аналогий, а также специфические методы исследования. В работе были использованы следующие методы: экспертные, организационные и проектные методы и методологические принципы исследования (система, сравнительный анализ, конкретный исторический подход), SWOT-анализ, PEST-анализ. Основные результаты исследования: - изучено понятие, сущность и особенности конкурентоспособности организации; - исследованы методы и подходы к оценке конкурентоспособности организации; - исследованы конкурентные преимущества и основные конкурентные стратегии организации; - дана оценка конкурентоспособности организации и были выявлены основные проблемы ее повышения; - дана оценка экономической эффективности от предложенных рекомендаций .Область применения результатов ВКР. Полученные в результате исследования данные могу быть использованы в продолжении научно-исследовательской деятельности по выбранной тематике исследования. Применение результатов работы в деятельности компании-объекта и возможности масштабирования решения будут способствовать повышению финансовой независимости предприятия и росту клиентской базы. Научной новизной исследования является система повышения конкурентоспособности современного предприятия.

The theme of the master's final qualification work: Management of the competitiveness of an enterprise on the example of LLC Mekhanobr Service. The purpose of the study was to study and develop measures to improve the competitiveness of the enterprise. The study was carried out on the basis of Mekhanobr Service LLC. The subject of the study is ways to improve the efficiency of managing the competitiveness of an enterprise in modern conditions. Research methods: General scientific research methods were used: content and comparative analysis, the method of analogies, as well as specific research methods. The following methods were used in the work: expert, organizational and project methods and methodological principles of research (system, comparative analysis, specific historical approach), SWOT analysis, PEST analysis. The main results of the study: - studied the concept, essence and features of the competitiveness of the organization; - researched methods and approaches to assessing the competitiveness of the organization; - the competitive advantages and the main competitive strategies of the organization are investigated; - an assessment of the competitiveness of the organization was given and the main problems of its increase were identified; - developed recommendations to improve the competitiveness of the organization; - an assessment of the economic efficiency of the proposed recommendations is given.Application field: The data obtained as a result of the study can be used in the continuation of research activities on the selected research topic. The application of the results of work in the activities of the company-object and the possibility of scaling the solution will help increase the financial independence of the enterprise and increase the client base. The scientific novelty of the research is the system for increasing the competitiveness of a modern enterprise.
