Тема выпуÑкной квалификационной работы магиÑтра: Управление конкурентоÑпоÑобноÑтью предприÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ (на примере ООО Механобр СервиÑ). Целью иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÑвилоÑÑŒ иÑÑледование и поÑÐ»ÐµÐ´ÑƒÑŽÑ‰Ð°Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚ÐºÐ° мероприÑтий по повышению конкурентоÑпоÑобноÑти предприÑтиÑ. ИÑÑледование выполнÑлоÑÑŒ на базе ООО « Механобр СервиÑ». Предмет иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ â€“ ÑпоÑобы Ð¿Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹ÑˆÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÑффективноÑти ÑƒÐ¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð½ÐºÑƒÑ€ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð¾ÑпоÑобноÑтью предприÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ Ð² Ñовременных уÑловиÑÑ…. Методы иÑÑледованиÑ: ПрименÑлиÑÑŒ общенаучные методы иÑÑледованиÑ: контентный и Ñравнительный анализ, метод аналогий, а также ÑпецифичеÑкие методы иÑÑледованиÑ. Ð’ работе были иÑпользованы Ñледующие методы: ÑкÑпертные, организационные и проектные методы и методологичеÑкие принципы иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ (ÑиÑтема, Ñравнительный анализ, конкретный иÑторичеÑкий подход), SWOT-анализ, PEST-анализ. ОÑновные результаты иÑÑледованиÑ: - изучено понÑтие, ÑущноÑть и оÑобенноÑти конкурентоÑпоÑобноÑти организации; - иÑÑледованы методы и подходы к оценке конкурентоÑпоÑобноÑти организации; - иÑÑледованы конкурентные преимущеÑтва и оÑновные конкурентные Ñтратегии организации; - дана оценка конкурентоÑпоÑобноÑти организации и были выÑвлены оÑновные проблемы ее повышениÑ; - дана оценка ÑкономичеÑкой ÑффективноÑти от предложенных рекомендаций .ОблаÑть Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ€ÐµÐ·ÑƒÐ»ÑŒÑ‚Ð°Ñ‚Ð¾Ð² ВКР. Полученные в результате иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ðµ могу быть иÑпользованы в продолжении научно-иÑÑледовательÑкой деÑтельноÑти по выбранной тематике иÑÑледованиÑ. The theme of the master's final qualification work: Management of the competitiveness of an enterprise on the example of LLC Mekhanobr Service. The purpose of the study was to study and develop measures to improve the competitiveness of the enterprise. The study was carried out on the basis of Mekhanobr Service LLC. The subject of the study is ways to improve the efficiency of managing the competitiveness of an enterprise in modern conditions. Research methods: General scientific research methods were used: content and comparative analysis, the method of analogies, as well as specific research methods. The following methods were used in the work: expert, organizational and project methods and methodological principles of research (system, comparative analysis, specific historical approach), SWOT analysis, PEST analysis. The main results of the study: - studied the concept, essence and features of the competitiveness of the organization; - researched methods and approaches to assessing the competitiveness of the organization; - the competitive advantages and the main competitive strategies of the organization are investigated; - an assessment of the competitiveness of the organization was given and the main problems of its increase were identified; - developed recommendations to improve the competitiveness of the organization; - an assessment of the economic efficiency of the proposed recommendations is given.Application field: The data obtained as a result of the study can be used in the continuation of research activities on the selected research topic. The application of the results of work in the activities of the company-object and the possibility of scaling the solution will help increase the financial independence of the enterprise and increase the client base. The scientific novelty of the research is the system for increasing the competitiveness of a modern enterprise.
