
Тема выпуÑкной квалификационной работы: Â«ÐžÐ¿Ñ‚Ð¸Ð¼Ð¸Ð·Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð½Ñтруктивного Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ñ„Ð¸Ð»Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ñледних Ñтупеней мощных паровых турбин». Ð”Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ð° поÑвÑщена раÑчетным иÑÑледованиÑм характериÑтик поÑледних Ñтупеней ЦÐД быÑтроходной паровой турбины. Задачи, которые решалиÑÑŒ в ходе иÑÑледованиÑ: Выполнить краткий обзор конÑтруктивных оÑобенноÑтей и уÑловий работы поÑледних Ñтупеней. Определить подборку иÑÑледуемых вариантов проточных чаÑтей Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‡Ð¸Ð¼Ð¸ лопатками 1300–1500 мм и методики их раÑчета. ПровеÑти раÑчетные иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ одномерной и двумерной методикам Ð´Ð»Ñ ÑÑ€Ð°Ð²Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ€ÐµÐ·ÑƒÐ»ÑŒÑ‚Ð°Ñ‚Ð¾Ð². ПровеÑти Ñерию раÑчетных иÑÑледований Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð²Ñ‹Ð±Ñ€Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ… вариантов поÑледних Ñтупеней и выполнить анализ полученных завиÑимоÑтей по их результатам. ПровеÑти Ñерию раÑчетных иÑÑледований Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð¼ÐµÐ½Ñемым цилиндром низкого Ð´Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ выбранными поÑледними ÑтупенÑми. Проанализировать результаты и Ñделать заключение. Работа проведена на базе ÐО «ЛМЗ», где была Ñобрана чаÑть иÑходных материалов, получены Ñовременные применÑемые методики раÑчета проточных чаÑтей ÐО «ЛМЗ» и ОÐО «ВТИ», а также подходы к анализу результатов. Ð’ результате была выÑвлена Ñ‚ÐµÐ½Ð´ÐµÐ½Ñ†Ð¸Ñ ÑÐ½Ð¸Ð¶ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ñффициента полезного дейÑÑ‚Ð²Ð¸Ñ Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹ÑˆÐµÐ½Ð¸ÐµÐ¼ потерь Ñ Ð²Ñ‹Ñ…Ð¾Ð´Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ ÑкороÑтью при увеличении длины рабочей лопатки, вÑледÑтвие ÑƒÑ…ÑƒÐ´ÑˆÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ÐºÐ°Ð·Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÐ»Ñ Ð²Ñ‹Ñ…Ð¾Ð´Ð½Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ угла при увеличении выходной ÑкороÑти в абÑолютном движении потока пара. Также были определены рекомендации к применению каждой раÑÑмотренной Ñтупени Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð»Ð¸Ñ‡Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ длинной лопатки Ð´Ð»Ñ Ñ‚ÑƒÑ€Ð±Ð¸Ð½ разного ÑƒÑ€Ð¾Ð²Ð½Ñ Ð²Ñ‹Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð°Ñ‚Ñ‹Ð²Ð°ÐµÐ¼Ð¾Ð¹ ÑлектричеÑкой мощноÑти.
The subject of graduate qualification work: "Optimization of the structural profile of the last stages of powerful steam turbines". This study is focused on computational research of characteristics of the last stages of high-speed steam turbine LPC. The tasks that were solved during the study are: 1. To make a brief review of design features and operating conditions of the last stages. 2. to define a selection of investigated variants of flow parts with working blades 1300-1500 mm and methods of their calculation. 3. To carry out computational research by one-dimensional and two-dimensional methods for comparing the results. 4. To carry out a series of calculation studies for the selected variants of the last stages and to analyse the obtained dependences according to their results. 5. Conduct a series of computational studies with the applied low-pressure cylinder and selected last stages. Analyze the results and draw a conclusion. The work was carried out based on "LMZ" JSC, where a part of the raw material was collected, modern applied methods for calculating the flow parts of "LMZ" JSC and OJSC "VTI" were obtained, as well as approach to analysis of the results. As a result, the tendency of reducing the efficiency factor with increasing losses with the output velocity with increasing length of the working blade, due to the deterioration of the output angle indicator with increasing output velocity in the absolute flow of steam was revealed. Also recommendations for application of each considered stage with different blade length for turbines of different level of generated electric power were determined.
