Обоснование ÑÐ½ÐµÑ€Ð³Ð¾ÑÐ±ÐµÑ€ÐµÐ³Ð°ÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ€Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ð¹ при реконструкции здания

Abstract

В выпускной квалификационной работе (магистерской диссертации) рассматривается задача энергосбережения при проведении работ по реконструкции исторического здания. В диссертации: проведен анализ научной, нормативной и технической литературы, которая связана с мероприятиями по энергосбережению зданий гостиниц, а также с повышением их уровня тепловой защиты, экономическим обоснованием подобных проектных решений при реконструкции объектов; приведены особенности, с которыми приходится сталкиваться при проведении работ по реконструкции зданий, находящихся в зоне охраны объектов культурного наследия; выбрано историческое здание в качестве объекта исследования и подробно описаны результаты визуального освидетельствования несущих конструкций (для обнаружения видимых и скрытых дефектов или повреждений) до начала реконструкции; представлено описание предложенных конструктивных, архитектурных, объемно-планировочных решений для проведения строительных работ по реконструкции; выполнен анализ существующей ситуации на рынке коммерческой недвижимости для обоснования изменения функционального назначения здания; присвоен класс энергетической эффективности объекта с учетом предлагаемых для него мероприятий по энергосбережению; сделаны выводы по работе и перечислены рекомендации для реконструкции исторических объектов, расположенных в зоне охраны культурного наследия, с выполнением работ по энергосбережению.

In this thesis raises the question of the need for energy saving measures to improve the energy efficiency class of the building during its reconstruction, as well as the rationale for such measures. The dissertation shows the results of a review of scientific, regulatory and technical literature over the past few years, which partially or completely cover energy saving measures for buildings and structures, as well as with an increase in their level of protection, an economic justification for existing design solutions for the reconstruction of facilities; lists the features that one has to face during the reconstruction of buildings belonging to objects of cultural heritage; a historical building was selected as the object of study and the results of a visual examination of the supporting structures were described in detail to detect visible and hidden defects or damage before the start of reconstruction; description of the proposed constructive, architectural, space-planning solutions for carrying out construction work on reconstruction is presented; an analysis of the current situation in the real estate market was carried out to justify the change in the functional purpose of the building; an energy efficiency class of the facility was assigned, taking into account the energy saving measures proposed for it; conclusions were made on the work and recommendations were given for the reconstruction of objects located in the zone of protection of cultural heritage objects, with the implementation of energy saving works.
