Ð’ выпуÑкной квалификационной работе (магиÑтерÑкой диÑÑертации) раÑÑматриваетÑÑ Ð·Ð°Ð´Ð°Ñ‡Ð° ÑнергоÑÐ±ÐµÑ€ÐµÐ¶ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸ проведении работ по реконÑтрукции иÑторичеÑкого зданиÑ. Ð’ диÑÑертации: проведен анализ научной, нормативной и техничеÑкой литературы, ÐºÐ¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ð°Ñ ÑвÑзана Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ€Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸ÑтиÑми по ÑнергоÑбережению зданий гоÑтиниц, а также Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹ÑˆÐµÐ½Ð¸ÐµÐ¼ их ÑƒÑ€Ð¾Ð²Ð½Ñ Ñ‚ÐµÐ¿Ð»Ð¾Ð²Ð¾Ð¹ защиты, ÑкономичеÑким обоÑнованием подобных проектных решений при реконÑтрукции объектов; приведены оÑобенноÑти, Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ñ‹Ð¼Ð¸ приходитÑÑ ÑталкиватьÑÑ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸ проведении работ по реконÑтрукции зданий, находÑщихÑÑ Ð² зоне охраны объектов культурного наÑледиÑ; выбрано иÑторичеÑкое здание в качеÑтве объекта иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ подробно опиÑаны результаты визуального оÑвидетельÑÑ‚Ð²Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð½ÐµÑущих конÑтрукций (Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¾Ð±Ð½Ð°Ñ€ÑƒÐ¶ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð²Ð¸Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ñ‹Ñ… и Ñкрытых дефектов или повреждений) до начала реконÑтрукции; предÑтавлено опиÑание предложенных конÑтруктивных, архитектурных, объемно-планировочных решений Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð²ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñтроительных работ по реконÑтрукции; выполнен анализ ÑущеÑтвующей Ñитуации на рынке коммерчеÑкой недвижимоÑти Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¾Ð±Ð¾ÑÐ½Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸Ð·Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ„ÑƒÐ½ÐºÑ†Ð¸Ð¾Ð½Ð°Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ Ð½Ð°Ð·Ð½Ð°Ñ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð·Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ; приÑвоен клаÑÑ ÑнергетичеÑкой ÑффективноÑти объекта Ñ ÑƒÑ‡ÐµÑ‚Ð¾Ð¼ предлагаемых Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð½ÐµÐ³Ð¾ мероприÑтий по ÑнергоÑбережению; Ñделаны выводы по работе и перечиÑлены рекомендации Ð´Ð»Ñ Ñ€ÐµÐºÐ¾Ð½Ñтрукции иÑторичеÑких объектов, раÑположенных в зоне охраны культурного наÑледиÑ, Ñ Ð²Ñ‹Ð¿Ð¾Ð»Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸ÐµÐ¼ работ по ÑнергоÑбережению.
In this thesis raises the question of the need for energy saving measures to improve the energy efficiency class of the building during its reconstruction, as well as the rationale for such measures. The dissertation shows the results of a review of scientific, regulatory and technical literature over the past few years, which partially or completely cover energy saving measures for buildings and structures, as well as with an increase in their level of protection, an economic justification for existing design solutions for the reconstruction of facilities; lists the features that one has to face during the reconstruction of buildings belonging to objects of cultural heritage; a historical building was selected as the object of study and the results of a visual examination of the supporting structures were described in detail to detect visible and hidden defects or damage before the start of reconstruction; description of the proposed constructive, architectural, space-planning solutions for carrying out construction work on reconstruction is presented; an analysis of the current situation in the real estate market was carried out to justify the change in the functional purpose of the building; an energy efficiency class of the facility was assigned, taking into account the energy saving measures proposed for it; conclusions were made on the work and recommendations were given for the reconstruction of objects located in the zone of protection of cultural heritage objects, with the implementation of energy saving works.
