Ð’ ходе Ð²Ñ‹Ð¿Ð¾Ð»Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ñ‹ раÑÑчитаны: анализ Ñовременных автотракторных двигателей, рабочий процеÑÑ Ð´Ð²Ð¸Ð³Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÐ»Ñ, Ñилы и моменты, возникающие в двигателе, произведен анализ уравновешенноÑти и выполнены раÑчеты прочноÑти коленчатого вала, шатуна и поршневого пальца. Ðа оÑновании раÑчетов разработаны продольный и поперечный разрезы двигателÑ.
The subject of the graduate qualification work is “Automotive diesel Ne=300 kWâ€.This work is dedicated to the development of diesel engine internal combustion engine capacity of 300 kW. In this work the working process of the engine, the forces and moments arising in the elements of the engine, the balance analysis and the strength analysis of crankshaft, connecting rod and piston pin were calculated. Because of calculations, the longitudinal and cross plans of the engine were designed.
