Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы «Социальная адаптация мигрантов в современной Германии». Данная работа посвящена исследованию адаптационных процессов мигрантов в Германии, их сущности, структуры и проблематики. Также в выпускной квалификации исследуется миграционная политика государства, ее история, процессы и современное положение. Задачи, которые решались в ходе написания квалификационной работы: Определить сущность, цели, структуру, факторы социальной адаптации; Исследовать сущность миграционной политики Германии в области социальной адаптации переселенцев на основе немецкого законодательства; Проанализировать проблемы социальной адаптации, предложить пути их решения, а также разработать способы усовершенствования миграционной политики в области социальной адаптации мигрантов. При написании работы использовались статистические данные и отчёты Федерального статистического ведомства Германии, Евростата, Федерального ведомства по вопросам миграции и беженцев. Результатами работы стал вывод о том, что социальная адаптация является непростым процессом как для самих переселенцев, так и для правительства Германии. Область адаптации и интеграции мигрантов до сих пор является насущным и очень острым вопросом для властей Германии, а также часто обсуждаемой темой среди социологов, вызывающей споры.

The topic of the final qualifying work is "Social adaptation of migrants in modern Germany". This work is devoted to the study of the adaptation processes of migrants in Germany, their essence, structure and problems. Also, the final qualification examines the migration policy of the state, its history, processes and current situation. Tasks that were solved during the writing of the qualification work: 1. To determine the essence, goals, structure, factors of social adaptation; 2. To investigate the essence of the migration policy of Germany in the field of social adaptation of immigrants on the basis of German legislation; 3. Analyze the problems of social adaptation, propose ways to solve them, as well as develop ways to improve migration policy in the field of social adaptation of migrants. Statistical data and reports of the German Federal Statistical Office, Eurostat, and the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees were used in writing the work. The results of the work led to the conclusion that social adaptation is not an easy process both for the settlers themselves and for the German government. The field of adaptation and integration of migrants into German society is still an urgent and very acute issue for the German authorities, as well as a frequently discussed topic among sociologists, causing controversy.
