
Тема выпуÑкной квалификационной работы: «Платформа конденÑации воды из влажного морÑкого воздуха Ð´Ð»Ñ ÑÐ½Ð°Ð±Ð¶ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÑной водой приморÑких городов и поÑелений». Ð”Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ñ‹ поÑвÑщена поиÑку решений Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð¾ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð»Ð°Ñ‚Ñ„Ð¾Ñ€Ð¼Ñ‹ конденÑации атмоÑферной влаги в промышленных маÑштабах. Проанализирована Ð¸Ð½Ñ„Ð¾Ñ€Ð¼Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ñ Ð¾Ð± извеÑтных решениÑÑ… в облаÑти конденÑации атмоÑферной влаги. Проведен поиÑк и анализ Ñовременных иÑÑледований по данной теме. Предложен принцип поÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð¾ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð»Ð°Ñ‚Ñ„Ð¾Ñ€Ð¼Ñ‹ конденÑации вод. Разработана конÑÑ‚Ñ€ÑƒÐºÑ‚Ð¸Ð²Ð½Ð°Ñ Ñхема уÑтановки конденÑации. Ð’ ÑоответÑтвии Ñ Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´Ñтавленным принципом, предложено две конÑтруктивные модели уÑтановки, а также Ñ€ÐµÑˆÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ выбору их комплектующих Ñлементов. Ðа оÑновании конÑультации Ñ ÐПО «ÐгроÑтройÑервиÑ» Ñделаны выводы об ÑффективноÑти предложенных моделей, оценена ее ÑтоимоÑть реализации, ÑоÑтавлÑÑŽÑ‰Ð°Ñ 50-70 млн. рублей. Ð”Ð»Ñ Ð²Ñ‹Ð±Ñ€Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ модели определены оÑновные техничеÑкие параметры уÑтановки. ÐŸÑ€ÐµÐ´Ð»Ð¾Ð¶ÐµÐ½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ð¿Ð»Ð°Ñ‚Ñ„Ð¾Ñ€Ð¼Ð° конденÑации позволÑет получить 1400 Ñ‚ конденÑата в Ñутки при потреблÑемой мощноÑти 650 кВт, что значительно превышает производительноÑть извеÑтных аналогов. ПредÑтавленный проект может поÑлужить оÑновой Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð´Ð°Ð»ÑŒÐ½ÐµÐ¹ÑˆÐµÐ³Ð¾ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾ÐµÐºÑ‚Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ ÑÐ¾Ð·Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¾Ð¿Ñ‹Ñ‚Ð½Ð¾-промышленной уÑтановки конденÑации атмоÑферной влаги.
The subject of the graduate qualification work is "A platform for the condensation of water from moist sea air for the supply of fresh water to coastal cities and settlements". This work is devoted to the search for solutions for building an atmospheric moisture condensation platform on an industrial scale. The information about known solutions in condensation of atmospheric moisture is analyzed. A search and analysis of modern research on this topic has been carried out. The principle of constructing a water condensation platform is proposed. A design scheme of the condensation platform has been developed. In accordance with the presented principle, two design models of the platform are proposed, as well as the selection of their component elements. Based on the consultation with the NGO "Agrostroyservice", conclusions were drawn about the effectiveness of the proposed models, its cost of implementation was estimated at 50-70 million rubles. The main technical parameters of the platform have been determined for the selected model. The proposed condensation platform makes it possible to obtain 1400 tons of condensate per day with a power consumption of 650 kW, which significantly exceeds the performance of known analogues. The presented project can serve as a basis for further design and creation of a pilot plant for condensation of atmospheric moisture.
