
Ð’ данной выпуÑкной квалификационной работе бакалавра произведены раÑчет и проектирование цилиндра Ñреднего Ð´Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð°Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð¾Ð¹ турбины мощноÑтью 790 МВт, предназначенный Ð´Ð»Ñ Ñ‚ÐµÐ¿Ð»Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ… ÑлектроÑтанций. Прототипом проектируемой уÑтановки ÑвлÑетÑÑ Ð¿Ð°Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ñ Ñ‚ÑƒÑ€Ð±Ð¸Ð½Ð° К-800-240-5 ЛенинградÑкого металличеÑкого завода. Работа ÑоÑтоит из введениÑ, 7 разделов и заключениÑ. Ð’ работе предÑтавлены Ñледующие раÑчеты: • раÑчет тепловой Ñхемы паротурбинной уÑтановки; • одномерный проектировочный раÑчет по Ñреднему диаметру; • раÑчет закрутки потока лопатки поÑледней Ñтупени цилиндра; • прочноÑтной раÑчет лопатки, диÑка и ротора. Ð’ результате проведенных раÑчетов была определена Ð³ÐµÐ¾Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ñ€Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ‡Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ чаÑти ЦСД, поÑтроена Ñ‚Ð²ÐµÑ€Ð´Ð¾Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ð°Ñ Ð¼Ð¾Ð´ÐµÐ»ÑŒ лопатки поÑледней Ñтупени ЦСД, поÑле прочноÑтного раÑчета определенны её материалы, ротор и Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‡Ð°Ñ Ð»Ð¾Ð¿Ð°Ñ‚ÐºÐ° проверены на вибронадежноÑть Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð¼Ð¾Ñ‰ÑŒÑŽ вибрационных диаграмм.
The aim of this graduate work is to calculate and design the middle pressure turbine of 790 MW steam-turbine plant, which is intended to use on a thermal power plant. The prototype is the K-800-240-5 turbine designed by the LMZ. The work consists of introduction, 7 chapters and conclusion. The following calculations are shown in this work: • turbine thermal diagram calculation; • one-dimensional wheel space geometry design calculation; • blade design calculation; • strength calculation. As a result, the geometry of wheel space of MPT has been found, the 3D model of the blade has been created and the material of the blade has been chosen based on a strength calculation. Finally, the blade and the rotor have been estimated for vibration strength.
