Abstract

В данной выпускной квалификационной работе бакалавра произведены расчет и проектирование цилиндра среднего давления паровой турбины мощностью 790 МВт, предназначенный для тепловых электростанций. Прототипом проектируемой установки является паровая турбина К-800-240-5 Ленинградского металлического завода. Работа состоит из введения, 7 разделов и заключения. В работе представлены следующие расчеты: • расчет тепловой схемы паротурбинной установки; • одномерный проектировочный расчет по среднему диаметру; • расчет закрутки потока лопатки последней ступени цилиндра; • прочностной расчет лопатки, диска и ротора. В результате проведенных расчетов была определена геометрия проточной части ЦСД, построена твердотельная модель лопатки последней ступени ЦСД, после прочностного расчета определенны её материалы, ротор и рабочая лопатка проверены на вибронадежность с помощью вибрационных диаграмм.

The aim of this graduate work is to calculate and design the middle pressure turbine of 790 MW steam-turbine plant, which is intended to use on a thermal power plant. The prototype is the K-800-240-5 turbine designed by the LMZ. The work consists of introduction, 7 chapters and conclusion. The following calculations are shown in this work: • turbine thermal diagram calculation; • one-dimensional wheel space geometry design calculation; • blade design calculation; • strength calculation. As a result, the geometry of wheel space of MPT has been found, the 3D model of the blade has been created and the material of the blade has been chosen based on a strength calculation. Finally, the blade and the rotor have been estimated for vibration strength.
