Турбореактивный Ð´Ð²ÑƒÑ ÐºÐ¾Ð½Ñ‚ÑƒÑ€Ð½Ñ‹Ð¹ авиационный двигатель с тягой 125 кН

Abstract

The subject of the graduate qualification work is «High-bypass turbofan aircraft engine with a thrust of 125 kN».This bachelor's final qualifying work is devoted to the design of an aviation gas turbine engine (AGTD) for a medium-haul aircraft based on the CFM56-5A prototype. The main parameters that have a significant impact on the calculation of a gas turbine engine are: the temperature in front of the high-pressure turbine (HDT), the degree of double-circuit and thrust.Tasks that are performed during the study of an aviation gas turbine engine:1. Study of the design features of the prototype CFM56-5A.2. Thermal calculation of engine parameters with the choice of the optimal option.3. Data analysis of individual components of an aviation gas turbine engine using gas dynamic parameters and calculations of the compressor, combustion chamber and turbine.4. Research on the strength of the blade, disc and rotor of the last stage of the presented design. This work is considered relevant because aviation gas turbine engines of the CFM56-5A series used for passenger aircraft have either practically run out of their life, or do not stand up to competition with foreign analogues in a whole range of indicators. In the final qualification work of the bachelor, the changes in various parameters of the aviation gas turbine engine were evaluated. The parameters were obtained during the study, taking into account changes in the initial data set, which differ from the data for the prototype CFM56-5A. It was possible to maintain decent performance indicators and other important characteristics.
