Abstract

В данной работе произведён расчёт прямоточного парогенератора для четырёхпетлевого ВВЭР-1200. Рассмотрены пять различных участков кипения рабочего тела в межтрубном пространстве. Выполнен теплогидравлический и компоновочный расчёты. Проведён оценочный прочностной расчёт элементов парогенератора. Составлена принципиальная тепловая схема и рассчитан коэффициент полезного действия энергоблока с прямоточным парогенератором.Прямоточный парогенератор вырабатывает пар более высоких параметров, что позволяет использовать быстроходную турбину, более требовательную к влажности пара. Другой целью работы является подготовка формул и методик расчёта для дальнейшего развития и поиска новых решений в проектировании прямоточных парогенераторов. Расчёт принципиальной тепловой схемы энергоблока проводился для получения значения электрической мощности, при тепловой мощности реактора в 3200 МВт. 

The purpose of this project is to calculate once-through steam generator for pressurised water reactor WWER-1200. Considered five parts of heat exchange area with different boiling types in intertubular space. Thermohydraulic and layout calculations were performed. Strength calculation was made for steam generator elements. Heat balance scheme drawn up and the efficiency of a power unit with a once-through steam generator was calculated. Once-through steam generator produce superheated steam, what allow to use full-speed turbine. Another purpose of the work is to prepare formulas and calculation methods for further development and search for new solutions in design of once-through steam generators. The calculation of heat balance of the power unit was carried out to obtain the value of the electric power, with a thermal power of the reactor of 3200 MW.
