Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра: «Разработка проекта внедрения CRM-системы в систему управления цепями поставок Jingdong Online Mall».Целью работы явилось изучение недостатков системы управления цепочками поставок торгового центра Jingdong внедрение к CRM с целью оптимизации.Задачи, решенные в течение периода исследование:1. Основной бизнес и конкурентные преимущества компании.2. Модель Archi бизнес-архитектуры, информационной системы и технической архитектуры (как есть, так и будет)3. Метод RUP4. Расчет затрат и оценка эффективностиВажные части фактических материалов: организационная структура компании, теории, связанные с RUP, план внедрения CRM.Расчеты были сделаны для оценки возможных выгод компании. Анализ проводится с использованием математических методовМоделирование с использованием программного обеспечения Archi,Оснащен необходимым прайс-листом аутсорсинговой компании.Поэтому анализируется бизнес-модель.Экономические расчеты были сделаны в процессе внедрения.Были сформулированы эффективные рекомендации.Успешно доказано, что необходимо изменить бизнес-процессы и внедрить CRM-систему для оптимизации первоначальной работы для повышения общей эффективности.

The topic of the final review work Development of a project for the implementation of a CRM system in the supply chain management system of Jingdong Online Mall. This work is devoted to the study of the shortcomings of the supply chain management system of the Jingdong Shopping Center implementation to CRM to optimize.Tasks solved during the study periods:1. The major business and competitive advantages of the company.2. Archi model of business architecture, information system and technical architecture (as it is, so it will be)3. RUP method4. Cost calculation and efficiency evaluationImportant parts of the actual materials: the organizational structure of the company, theories related to RUP, the CRM implementation plan. Calculations were made to assess the possible benefits of the company. The analysis is carried out using mathematical methodsModeling using Archi software,Equipped with the necessary price list of an outsourcing company.Therefore, the business model is analyzed.Economic calculations were made during the implementation process.Effective recommendations were formulated.It has been successfully proven that it is necessary to change business processes and implement a CRM system to optimize initial work to increase overall efficiency.
