Abstract

Выпускная квалификационная работ на тему: «Газотурбинная установка мощностью 10 МВт для привода нагнетателя природного газа». В данной работе на 106 страницах будет представлен последовательный расчет параметров рабочего процесса газотурбинной установки. По результатам расчетов будет сконструирована установка мощностью 10 МВт и разработан чертеж продольного разреза. Также будут построены трехмерные модели рабочего колеса и ротора силовой турбины для дальнейшего прочностного расчета.Цель выпускной квалификационной работы — расчет параметров и проектирование газотурбинной установки на основании представленного прототипа.Научная новизна выпускной квалификационной работы — заключается в увеличении номинальной частоты вращения силовой турбины до 5500 об/мин. А также в увеличении температуры рабочего тела на входе в силовую турбину до 695 К.

Graduation thesis on "Designing of 10 MW gas-turbine plant based on the prototype AI-336-1-10". — SPb: SPbPU, 2022 — 114 p., Figures — 53, Tables — 14, bibliography – 11.The sequential calculation of gas-turbine unit working process parameters will be presented in this work on 106 pages. Based on the results of the calculations, a 10 MW unit will be designed, and a longitudinal section drawing will be developed. Also, three-dimensional models of the impeller and power turbine rotor will be built for further strength calculation.The purpose of the graduate qualification work is the calculation of parameters and design of gas turbine unit based on the presented prototype.Scientific novelty of the graduate qualification work is to increase nominal speed of the power turbine to 5500 rpm. As well as to increase working body temperature at the power turbine inlet up to 695 K.
