Abstract

The theme of the final qualifying work: "Thirteen-story building of a business center in St. Petersburg". All sections of the project comply with the requirements of regulatory documents. The purpose of the research part is to select a cost-effective solution for energy-efficient glazing of the facades of a high-rise building. The idea of the work is to select the type of energy-efficient facade glazing of the building. The object of the study is the projected high-rise building of the business center.Research objectives:- analysis of existing types of energy-efficient glazing.- carrying out energy calculations of the building with various glazing options.- assessment of the possibility of using the selected options for the building of a business center in St. Petersburg. Conducting an economic analysis of glazing options. In the course of the study, a review of the options for energy-efficient facade glazing existing on the market was carried out, a comparative analysis of 25 selected options with the basic option was made, and the choice was made of the most cost-effective and energy-efficient type of facade glazing. The result of the final qualifying work is the developed design documentation for a high-rise administrative building with energy-efficient facade glazing, which is a double-glazed window equipped with two k-glasses and filled with an inert gas krypton.
