Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра: «Разработка мероприятий по цифровой трансформации бизнес-процессов на предприятии (на примере ЗАО «Катарсис»)». Цель работы: разработка мероприятий по цифровой трансформации основных бизнес-процессов ЗАО «Катарсис», которые представляют из себя инвестиционный проект, направленный на совершенствование деятельности предприятия. Работа выполнена на материалах ЗАО «Катарсис». Использованные методы: анализ, синтез информации, обобщение данных, сравнительный и статистический (корреляционно-регрессионный) анализы, моделирование, методы организационного проектирования и оценки экономической эффективности проектов. Результаты работы: - описаны теоретические аспекты цифровой трансформации бизнес-процессов предприятия: определены сущность, этапы и тенденции; - проведен комплексный анализ деятельности ЗАО «Катарсис», выявлена проблема высокой себестоимости продукции и отсутствия автоматизации на линии упаковки; - проведена оценка и сравнение существующих на рынке ERP-систем; - разработан план инвестиционного проекта по цифровой трансформации основных бизнес-процессов предприятия с целью внедрения ERP-системы и полной автоматизации упаковочной линии; - описаны согласно учению PMBOK разделы управления содержанием, сроками и стоимостью проекта; - проведена оценка экономической эффективности предлагаемого проекта. Область применения результатов ВКР: предприятия молочной промышленности. Выводы. Задачи ВКРрешены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

The title of the bachelor graduate qualification work: “Development of measures for the digital transformation of business processes at the enterprise (on the example of CJSC Catharsis)”. The aim of the graduate qualification work is development of measures for the digital transformation of the main business processes of CJSC "Katharsis", which are an investment project aimed at improving the activities of the enterprise. The work has been carried out on the materials of CJSC "Katharsis". Research methods used: analysis, synthesis of information, generalization of data, comparative and statistical (correlation-regression) analyzes, modeling, methods of organizational design and evaluation of the economic efficiency of projects. The main results of the graduate qualification work: - the theoretical aspects of the digital transformation of the business processes of an enterprise are described: the essence, stages and trends are determined; - a comprehensive analysis of the activities of CJSC Catharsis was carried out, the problem of high production costs and the lack of automation on the packaging line was identified; - an assessment and comparison of existing ERP systems on the market was carried out; - an investment project plan was developed for the digital transformation of the main business processes of the enterprise in order to introduce an ERP system and fully automate the packaging line; - the scope, schedule and cost management sections of the project have been described according to PMBOK teachings; - an assessment of the economic efficiency of the proposed project was carried out. The areas of the graduate qualification work results application – dairy industry enterprises. Conclusions of graduate qualification work. Tasks have been solved, aim has been achieved, the areas of the results application have been determined.
