
Тема выпуÑкной квалификационной работы: «Повышение ÑффективноÑти деÑтельноÑти безотходного магазина за Ñчет организации доÑтавки заказов». Ð”Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ð° поÑвÑщена анализу безотходной модели в розничной торговле и приведении ее в ÑоответÑтвие Ñовременным трендам Ñлектронной торговли. Ð”Ð»Ñ Ð´Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ð¶ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¾Ð±Ð¾Ð·Ð½Ð°Ñ‡ÐµÐ½Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ цели, в данной работе решены Ñледующие задачи: 1) Выполнен анализ инновационного Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð²Ð¸Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ Ñ€Ð¾Ð·Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ торговли в разрезе Ñкологичных тенденций. 2) Произведен Ñбор теоретичеÑкой информации на тему иÑтории развитиÑ, оÑобенноÑтей организации и проблем безотходной концепции магазина. 3) ИÑÑледована модель организации безотходного магазина «B12 Zero waste», оценено финанÑовое положение данного торгового предприÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ выполнен подробный анализ его рыночных позиций. 4) Разработан механизм организации безотходной доÑтавки и произведена оценка целеÑообразноÑти его внедрениÑ. При проведении иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð±Ñ‹Ð»Ð¸ изучены оÑобенноÑти организации безотходной модели магазина, выÑвлены ключевые группы целевой аудитории, изучены возможноÑти и риÑки внешней и внутренней Ñреды, обозначены перÑпективы Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð²Ð¸Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ Ð¼Ð°Ð³Ð°Ð·Ð¸Ð½Ð¾Ð² безотходной концепции. Ð’ данном иÑÑледовании применÑетÑÑ ÑˆÐ¸Ñ€Ð¾ÐºÐ¸Ð¹ Ñпектр методов научного иÑÑледованиÑ, в том чиÑле: метод неÑтруктурированного обзора научной литературы и интернет-иÑточников, метод анализа и Ñинтеза информации, метод case study, методы ÑравнениÑ, метод Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð²ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÑкономичеÑкой оценки на оÑнове комплекÑной увÑзки хозÑйÑтвенных показателей. ОÑновным результатом данной работы ÑвлÑетÑÑ Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚ÐºÐ° бизнеÑ-процеÑÑа доÑтавки из безотходного магазина «B12 Zero waste» на оÑновании безотходной концепции (учтены процеÑÑÑ‹ оплаты, оборота тары, Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¾Ð±ÑŠÐµÐ¼Ð° заказа, организации труда курьеров и Ñ‚.д.), а также выполнен анализ ÑкономичеÑкой ÑффективноÑти данного мероприÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ Ð¿ÑƒÑ‚ÐµÐ¼ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð³Ð½Ð¾Ð·Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¾Ñновных показателей на 2022 г.
The subject of the graduate qualification work is “Improving efficiency of a waste-free store by organizing the delivery". This work is devoted to the analysis of a waste-free model in retail trade and bringing it into line with modern trends in e-commerce. To achieve this goal, the following tasks have been solved in this work: 1) The analysis of the innovative development of retail trade in the context of eco-friendly trends was implemented. 2) Theoretical information of the history of development, organization features and problems of the waste-free concept of the store were presented. 3) The model of the organization of a waste-free store "B12 Zero waste" was investigated, the financial position of this trading enterprise was assessed, and a detailed analysis of its market positions was performed. 4) A mechanism for organizing waste-free delivery has been developed and the feasibility of its implementation has been assessed. During the research, the features of the organization of a waste-free model of the store were studied, key groups of the target audience were identified, the opportunities and risks of the external and internal environment were studied, the prospects for the development of waste-free concept stores were outlined. This study uses a wide range of methods of scientific research, including: the method of unstructured review of scientific literature and Internet sources, the method of analysis and synthesis of information, the method of case study, comparison methods, the method of economic assessment based on a comprehensive linking of economic indicators. The main result of this work is the development of a business process for delivery from the waste-free store "B12 Zero waste" based on a waste-free concept (the processes of payment, packaging turnover, order volume determination, organization of couriers' labor, etc. are taken into account), as well as an analysis of the economic efficiency of this event by forecasting the main indicators for 2022.
