Abstract

Данная работа посвящена разработке мероприятий, направленных на анализ и улучшение бизнес-процессов на предприятии розничной торговли, а также повышение эффективности процесса управления компанией путём оптимизации складского учёта. Объектом исследования является X5 Retail Group. Предметом исследования являются информационные технологии, используемые для проведения реинжиниринга бизнес-планирования формирования оптимальной цепи поставок на предприятиях оптовой и розничной торговли. Для решения поставленных задач были использованы методы теории моделирования и формализации бизнес-процессов, анализа организационной структуры, классификации и сравнения сбалансированных показателей. В диссертационном исследовании использовались труды как российских, так и зарубежных ученых в бизнес-планирования и экономического анализа. В совокупности использованные методы исследования обуславливают достоверность анализа и выводов, полученных в магистерской диссертации. Практическая значимость магистерской диссертации заключается в исследовании применении информационных технологий, а именно внедрение CRM-продукта для улучшения эффективности деятельности розничной компании.

This work is devoted to the development of measures aimed at analyzing and improving business processes at a retail enterprise, as well as increasing the efficiency of the company management process by optimizing warehouse accounting. The research object is X5 Retail Group. The subject of the research is information technologies used for reengineering business planning for the formation of an optimal supply chain at wholesale and retail trade enterprises. To solve the set tasks, the methods of the theory of modeling and formalization of business processes, analysis of the organizational structure, classification and comparison of balanced indicators were used. The dissertation research used the works of both Russian and foreign scientists in business planning and economic analysis. Taken together, the research methods used determine the reliability of the analysis and conclusions obtained in the master's thesis. The practical significance of the master's thesis lies in the study of the application of information technology, namely the implementation of a CRM product to improve the efficiency of a retail company.
