Целью магиÑтерÑкой диÑÑертации ÑвлÑетÑÑ Ð¸ÑÑледование влиÑÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð²Ð¾Ð²Ð»ÐµÑ‡Ñ‘Ð½Ð½Ð¾Ñти Ñотрудников на ÑффективноÑть деÑтельноÑти организации и разработка мероприÑтий, ÑпоÑобÑтвующих повышению ÑƒÑ€Ð¾Ð²Ð½Ñ Ð²Ð¾Ð²Ð»ÐµÑ‡Ñ‘Ð½Ð½Ð¾Ñти Ñотрудников «ПромЖД-Гарант». ÐÐ°ÑƒÑ‡Ð½Ð°Ñ Ð½Ð¾Ð²Ð¸Ð·Ð½Ð° обуÑловлена уточнением и дополнением Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð²Ð¾Ð²Ð»ÐµÑ‡Ñ‘Ð½Ð½Ð¾Ñти Ñотрудников. ПрактичеÑкой ценноÑтью ÑвлÑÑŽÑ‚ÑÑ Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ в данной работе мероприÑтиÑ, внедрение которых должно ÑпоÑобÑтвовать более Ñффективному управлению развитием корпоративной культуры и повышению индекÑа вовлечённоÑти Ñотрудников, что повыÑит конкурентоÑпоÑобноÑть организации, её HR-бренд и репутацию. Ð’ ходе работы были иÑÑледованы оÑновы влиÑÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð²Ð¾Ð²Ð»ÐµÑ‡Ñ‘Ð½Ð½Ð¾Ñти Ñотрудников на ÑффективноÑть деÑтельноÑти организации. Также были изучены методологичеÑкие оÑновы ÑƒÐ¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð»Ð¾ÑльноÑтью Ñотрудников организации поÑредÑтвом Ð¿Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹ÑˆÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð²Ð¾Ð²Ð»ÐµÑ‡Ñ‘Ð½Ð½Ð¾Ñти. Ð’ результате иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð±Ñ‹Ð»Ð¸ разработаны мероприÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹ÑˆÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸Ð½Ð´ÐµÐºÑа вовлечённоÑти Ñотрудников «ПромЖД-Гарант». Выводы, Ñделанные в ходе напиÑÐ°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ñ‹ могут быть полезны Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹ÑˆÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÑкономичеÑких результатов организации.
The object of the research is the organization of «PromZhD-Garant», a specialized organization in the field of railway transport. The organization is in the city of Ufa. Now, a few problems can be distinguished in the organization, one of which is the insufficiently high level of employee involvement. The purpose of the master's thesis is to study the impact of employee involvement on the effectiveness of the organization and the development of measures to increase the level of employee involvement of «PromZhD-Garant». Scientific novelty is due to the clarification and addition of the definition of employee engagement. Practical value is the activities developed in this work, the implementation of which should contribute to more effective management of the development of corporate culture and an increase in the employee engagement index, which will increase the competitiveness of the organization, its HR brand and reputation. In the course of the work, the basics of the influence of employee engagement on the effectiveness of the organization were investigated. Also, the methodological foundations of loyalty management of employees of the organization were studied by increasing engagement. As a result of the study, measures were developed to increase the employee engagement index of «PromZhD-Garant». The conclusions made during the writing of the work can be useful for improving the economic results of the organization.
