Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы магистра: «Разработка модели формирования конкурентоспособности продуктов на рынках электронной коммерции». Цель исследования разработка алгоритмической модели для выхода фирмы на рынки электронной коммерции. Исследование выполнялось на базе рынка электронной коммерции. Предмет исследования: механизмы формирования конкурентоспособности. Методы исследования: применялись общенаучные методы исследования: контентный и сравнительный анализ, а также специфические методы исследования (классификация, моделирование бизнес-процессов, прогнозирование, методы управления проектам, экспертное оценивание, обработка экспертных оценок, инфографика). Основные результаты исследования: - Обоснована роль электронной коммерции в современной экономике; - Сформулировны принципы формирования конкурентоспособности продуктов в электронной коммерции; - Разработана модель формирования конкурентоспособности продуктов на рынке электронной коммерции. Область применения результатов ВКРмалый и средний торгово-производственный бизнес, которому необходимо расширение зоны охвата через внедрение электронной коммерции. Научной новизной исследования является разработка алгоритмической модели, позволяющей компании выйти на новый для нее рынок электронной коммерции, для повышения конкурентоспособности. Выводы. Задачи ВКРрешены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов. Полученные результаты обладают признаками научной новизны.

The title of the master graduate qualification work: “Development of a model for the formation of competitiveness of products in the e-commerce markets”. The aim of the study is development of an algorithmic model for the company's entry into the e-commerce market. The study was carried out on the basis of e-commerce market. Research subject: mechanisms of formation of competitiveness. Research methods: General scientific research methods were used: content and comparative analysis, as well as specific research methods (classification, business process modeling, forecasting, project management methods, expert evaluation, expert evaluation processing, infographics). The main results of the study: - substantiation the role of e-commerce in the modern economy; - formulation the principles of forming the competitiveness of products in e-commerce; - development the model of forming the competitiveness of products in the e-commerce. Application field: small and medium-sized commercial and manufacturing businesses that need to expand their coverage area through the introduction of e-commerce. The scientific novelty of the study is development of an algorithmic model that allows a company to enter a new e-commerce market for it to increase competitiveness. Conclusions: The research objectives have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined. The results obtained have signs of scientific novelty.
