Abstract

Данная работа посвящена разработке и проектированию энергетической стационарной газотурбинной установки со свободной турбиной, обладающей полезной мощностью 160МВт. Задачи, решенные в ходе проектирования: 1. Расчет тепловой схемы газотурбинной установки; 2. Расчет камеры сгорания; 3. Предварительный расчет компрессора и расчет первой ступени; 4. Расчет турбины газогенератора и свободной турбины, расчет закрутки потока для последней ступени свободной турбины, профилирование лопатки в 5 сечениях; 5. Разработка конструкции двигателя; 6. Расчет на прочность компонентов установки; В результате был изложен процесс разработки и проектирования энер гетической стационарной газотурбинной установки. Описана ситуация с га зотурбинной промышленностью в нынешнее время, выполнены необходимые расчеты тепловой схемы и основных узлов двигателя. Разработана конструкция двигателя, и построен чертеж установки. Проведен анализ повешения экономичности и эффективности газовой турбины.

This work is devoted to the development and design of a stationary gas turbine power plant with a free turbine with a useful capacity of 160MW. Tasks solved dur ing the design process: 1. Calculation of the thermal scheme of a gas turbine installation; 2. Calculation of the combustion chamber; 3. preliminary calculation of the compressor and calculation of the first stage; 4. Calculation of the gas generator turbine and the free turbine, calculation of the flow rate for the last stage of the free turbine, profiling of the blade in 5 sections; 5. The development of engine design; 6. The calculation of the strength of the installation; As a result, the process of development and design of an energy stationary gas turbine unit was described. The situation with the gas turbine industry at the present time is described, the necessary calculations of the thermal circuit and the main en gine components are performed. The engine design was developed and the installa tion drawing was constructed.
