Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Правовое обеспечение функционирования институтов народовластия». Цель работы состояла в том, чтобы изучить различные позиции авторов об институте народовластия в конституционной системе, а также изучить существующие системы классификации форм народовластия, а также роль демократизма. В выпускной квалификационной работе было раскрыто понятие народовластия и его сущность, рассмотрены различные точки зрения на классификацию форм народовластия, были выделены актуальные проблемы и предложены их решения.

The Theme of the graduation thesis is: « Legal support for the functioning of institutions of democracy ». The aim of the work was to study the various positions of the authors in the interpretation of the concepts of democracy in the constitutional system, as well as to consider the existing systems of classification of democracy forms, to determine the role of democracy/ In the graduation thesis, the concept and classification of democracy in constitutional system, various points of view on the definition of the democracy, its sources were selected based on the concepts proposed in the scientific community. In the course of the work, urgent problems were identified and proposed solutions were presented.
